Live Music – Mark Porter

September 19 September 25

Mark Porter is back with us, performing at the Bore Campsite from 19-25 September, 2026.

Mark is a third generation musician, influenced by the early music that came out of Americas Deep South. With rich vocals, his renditions are raw, played on Acoustic and Dobro slide guitars.

He has performed at festivals including Gympie Music Muster, Agnes Water Blues, Roots & Rock Festival, Rotorua Blues Festival, Festival of King Island, Airlie Beach Festival of Music, and Cooktown Discovery Festival.

The touring will continue in 2026. With residencies in NW and SW Qld, and another appearance at the Agnes Water Blues and Roots Festival.

Live music and events are a special part of the Charlotte Plains experience, bringing guests together to enjoy the atmosphere of the outback in a truly memorable setting.
