Bore Campsite (unpowered camping)
Camp right by the heart of our property at the Bore Campsite. Enjoy a daily bath and all our springs have to offer!
Amenities: Hot Artesian Baths, new ablution block with 3 flushing toilets and 3 showers, 2 toilets/shower combo, several long drops around the campsite.
WIFI/Phone: 10 mins Free WIFI, then paid-for service at $10 for 3 days. There is no 3G, 4G, or 5G phone reception.
Pets: Pets are permitted at the Bore Campsite. Dogs are not allowed in bath tubs or in the main area of the Bore Drain (can take them further down the drain). Please ensure that they are well-behaved and that any mess they make is cleaned up.
Fires: Permitted and there is wood available for your own collection.

Shearers Campsite (powered camping)
The Shearer’s Campsite, located in the centre of our property is ideal for those who are camping however require power. Located 8.5km from the Artesian Baths and only 1km from our Private Bathing Experience it is a beautiful location to set up camp.
Amenities: Camp cooking utensils, shared laundry, 3 flushing toilets, 2 showers
Power: Power is available at the Shearers Campsite (mains power – 240 vault)
WIFI/Phone: 10 mins Free WIFI, then paid-for service at $10 for 3 days. There is no 3G, 4G, or 5G phone reception.

BOOKING A CAMPSITE
1. Location: Decide if you are staying at the Bore Campsite (Unpowered) or the Shearers Campsite (Powered). See map below.
2. Dates: Using the calendar, select your arrival and departure dates. If it is grey, it is booked out.
3. Guests per vehicle: Input the number of guests in one vehicle. If you have another vehicle, click “Continue” at the bottom right and then “Add to Booking” at the top left. Repeat steps 1 – 3.
NOTE: You won’t be able to enter 4 adults into 1 vehicle. If you do have this amount, please email us at stay@charlotteplains.com.au.
4. Details: Once you are happy with your booking (i.e. number of guests per vehicle, and dates), enter your details in the boxes provided and click “Continue” at the bottom left.
5. Booking Reserved: You do not need to pay for this reservation until five days prior to your arrival (you will be emailed a reminder). However, if you would like to pay earlier – you can click on the “Pay Now” button on the bottom right of your emailed booking reservation.
NOTE: You must make payment, prior to arrival. Cash will not be accepted upon arrival.

Refund Policy/Date Changes
We are flexible with date changes and offer refunds for campers. However, they are not automatic so you will need to email us. Please note that funds will take 3-5 days to get back to your account.
If you have not paid, you can cancel your booking through the ‘cancel’ link in your emails. If you have any trouble, please email stay@charlotteplains.com.au.
If you need to make changes, please click on the “Edit” button at the bottom your booking reservation. However, you cannot edit a booking once it is paid – you must contact a member of staff.
