Stay in our accommodation which is located at the centre of our property. It is an easy 8.5km drive to the Hot Artesian Springs (where the baths are), but only 1km from our Private Bathing Experience and 2km from the homestead.

These rooms are basic shearers accommodation and the facilities are basic and shared.

Merino Cabin – 2 Bedroom Self-Contained Unit
This Self-Contained Unit is newly renovated and consists of an open-plan room with a fully equipped kitchen and TV. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two king singles in the second bedroom. Take in the surrounding atmosphere and ambience on your own private deck with a BBQ.

Payment and Refund Policy/Date Changes
All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card. A 30% deposit of the total booking is charged at the time of booking and full payment must be made within 30 days prior to guest arrival. Your booking will be cancelled, if payment is not made.
Where bookings are less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellations made 31 + days prior to check-in; no penalty.
Cancellations between 30 – 15 days prior to check-in; 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to check-in or no shows; a 100% cancellation fee applies.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing stay@charlotteplains.com.au.
A full refund will be issued if weather conditions prevent you from accessing Charlotte Plains, due to our decision to close roads.
