Time: Meet at the Bore Campsite at 10am – it should be finished around lunchtime
Price: $10 per person

Delving is the process of hooking a delver up to a tractor, which is then pulled along the bore drains and as it goes it scoops out all the mud built up in order to keep the drains clear for water to run down for livestock to drink. At the same time the Yabbies, turtles and fish are all tipped over the side.
Kids can follow along picking up such creatures and putting in a bucket or returning to the drains. Mud fights are welcome. The delving will continue for a few hours – although kids and parents are welcome to join in as they wish.
You will need:
– To wear old trainers or boots as they will end up wet and muddy (you may need a spare pair after)
– A bucket for your yabbies (can also bring yabby nets to put in the creek)
– A car to travel there and back
