It’s Australia’s richest amateur golfing event with amateur and first-time golfers getting to have a professional type experience\, competing for $10\,000 hole-in-one opportunities in the first five locations and culminating with the Million-Dollar Hole-One challenge in Mount Isa. The Outback Queensland Masters attracts first-time\, social\, and amateur golfers to play 9-holes each day and dine under the stars of the Milky Way by night. You will then be emailed with the next steps. \n\n\n\nWe will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. \n\n\n\nA full refund will be given if weather conditions prevent the Ticket Buyer from accessing the event due to closure of roads. \n\n\n\n\n\nIf I don’t want to stay the whole weekend\, can I leave early?\nYes\, you can leave anytime you would like but you will not be discounted.  \n\n\n\nYour ticket is for Check-In on Friday 23rd June 2023 (anytime after 12pm) and Check-Out on Monday 26th June 2023 (anytime before 12pm).   \n\n\n\n\nCan I choose my camping spot?\nYes – you can pick your camp spot on arrival! \n\n\n\n\nCan I camp with friends travelling in a different vehicle?\nIf you would like to camp as a group with other vehicles\, we recommend arriving at the Bore Campsite together. It could be difficult to save spots for late arrivals.  \n\n\n\n\nCan I arrive before the event or stay longer?\nYes – you can. Usual site fees apply. \n\n\n\n\nWhat are the property roads like? Can I bring a 2WD?\nIf you are staying at the Bore Campsite\, there is 4KM of unsealed\, good dirt road coming off the bitumen highway at the Creek Road (Widgeegoarra) entrance. \n\n\n\nOnce you have reserved your stay\, you will be emailed a Property Map. This shows other distances around the property. \n\n\n\nAll roads are perfectly suitable for 2 wheel drive vehicles\, as long as there hasn’t been any recent rain. Roads are flat and generally in good condition. If you have any hesitations\, please email stay@charlotteplains.com.au or call 0745 888 804. \n\n\n\n\nWhat amenities are there?\nThere are Hot Artesian Baths\, WIFI\, New Ablution Block with 3 flushing toilets and 3 showers\, 2 toilets/shower combo\, several long drops around the Campsite. \n\n\n\n\nDo I need to book the Hot Artesian Baths for a certain time or day?  \nNo. Baths are used by all guests and can be used any time or day.  \n\n\n\n\nIs there water?\nYes\, there is Artesian water with taps at the shed\, toilet block and a separate washing up area. It is suitable to drink and can be potted to use for your caravan or campsite. However\, please bring water bottles\, if you don’t like the taste.  \n\n\n\n\nIs there WIFI or phone service?\nYou have access to 10 mins of free usage. You can only use in one sitting. \n\n\n\nOnce that is over\, you can then pay $10 which gives you 5GB. \n\n\n\nThere is no mobile coverage.  \n\n\n\n\nWill there be food? \nYes\, we will be serving up the goods! Please note\, this is an additional cost.  \n\n\n\nOutback Grazing & Co – Wood Fired Pizzas \n\n\n\nSt George Bakery – Coffees\, Cold drinks\, Sandwiches\, Pies and Pastries\, Sweet Treats\, Hot Chips\, Wedges\, Dagwood Dogs\, Buffalo Wings\, Chicken Skewer Kebabs\, Hot Dogs and more! \n\n\n\nButchers Block & Fruitalicious – Hot Potatoes\, Loaded Fries\, Burgers\, Nachos\, Ice Cream\, Coffee\, Milkshakes\, Thickshakes and more!  \n\n\n\n\nCan I have a fire?\nFires are permitted. Wood can be collected from around the property. \n\n\n\n\nCan I use a generator?\nYes – generators are permitted between the hours of 8:00am and 9.30pm only. \n\n\n\n\nCan I bring my dog?\nFor this particular weekend\, we discourage dogs from coming. However\, we completely understand that people travel with their dogs and want them to be a part of their holiday. \n\n\n\nBefore considering bringing your four-legged friend\, please ask yourself the following questions and review the rules below. \n\n\n\n\nHow will your dog cope? DESCRIPTION:Bring the whole family to the Bronco Branding Yards in Birdsville to watch skilled bushmen and women demonstrate their craft. Get involved in the horsemanship skills on Saturday with barrel\, flag and herding races\, or simply kick back ringside and enjoy the dusty action. Horsepower is than replaced by dirt bikes and quads on the Sunday\, and the same events re-enacted on wheels. You won’t starve with all the onsite catering you’d expect\, plus loads of live music and evening entertainment.
